Order your Travel card directly in the Swiss Bankers app (click on the red plus in the top right corner of the app):
Download your coupon** for a free soft drink and bratwurst at the intermediate station of Furka Mountain Steam Railway.
Redemption: Present the printed or digital coupon together with the Travel card at the cashier of the refreshment area at the intermediate station of Furka Mountain Steam Railway.

I forgot to book the ticket with discount, will I get a refund?
If you did not select the discount in the booking form, you will have to pay the full price. However, you can later request a refund for the price difference of 20% at the cashier of the Furka Mountain Steam Railway in Realp.
Can I also book the diesel train with a discount?
Yes, the diesel train can also be booked with a 20% discount through the dfb.ch website.
Can I benefit from the 20% discount multiple times?
No, the 20% discount can only be used once per person. Each person who wants to benefit from the discount must also present their Travel card to the train staff as identification.
Do I need to present the train ticket in printed form?
No, you can also present the ticket on your smartphone.
Do I need to present the printed coupon for the free refreshments?
No, you can also present the coupon for the free refreshments on your smartphone.
Do I need to bring the Travel card with me?
The Travel card serves as identification to benefit from the 20% discount and free refreshments. Therefore, the card must be presented to the railway staff. You can also use the digital Travel card in the Swiss Bankers App as identification.
How do I get to the Furka Mountain Steam Railway?
The two starting stations, Realp UR and Oberwald VS, as well as Gletsch VS station, can be reached by car or public transportation. Parking spaces are available on-site.
Accommodation can be found in Oberwald, Hospental or Andermatt. Find the right accommodation for your trip to the Furka mountain steam railway on the Swiss Bankers booking page.
How long is the 20% discount valid for?
The 20% discount is valid for the duration of the 2024 season, from June 20th to September 29th. The discount cannot be carried over to the following year.
